Opening and Closing of the Residence Halls
For 2013–14 occupancy dates are:
- Fall Opening — August 22nd for new students and August 24th and 25th for continuing students
- Fall Closing — December 15th
- Spring Opening — January 11th for new residents and January 12th for continuing residents
- Spring Closing — May 11th for non-graduating residents and May 18th for remaining residents

New Student Information
Information is available on the Web pages below regarding the housing application process, items for special attention and action, and current programs and services for New Freshmen and New Transfer students seeking housing.

Updates Regarding Timely Information
New Student Fall Housing
Once the residential enrollment deposit has been received and processed, new freshman and transfer students can access the housing application by logging onto Cardinal Station. The housing application deadline for New Freshmen is May 15th and for New Transfers is August 1st. More information on housing for New Students is available on the New Student webpage.
Summer Housing for CUA students is managed by Conferences & Pryzbyla Management; summer housing information is available on CPM's website.
Off-Campus Housing Resources
The Off-Campus Housing Resources webpage includes links to online property listings, roommate search, message boards, short term housing, and religiously affiliated housing resources.
Consultations with the Off-Campus Housing Coordinator are also available; interested students can contact Housing Services to schedule.
Off-Campus Housing Week is the week of April 7th; a schedule of events can be found here.
Closing of the Residence Halls
The residence halls close on May 11th for all non-graduating residents and on May 18th for all graduating residents. More information is available on the Closing webpage.
Continuing UGRD Fall Housing
Continuing undergraduate students who did not participate in the Room Selection Process for 2014-15 can submit their $500 housing deposit and an online Waitlist Application. A limited number of on-campus spaces are still available for next academic year housing. More information is available here.
Curley Court Fall 2014 Only
During the 2014-15 academic year, Curley Court will be available for the Fall semester only. This is a great opportunity for students who may be graduating in December 2014, studying abroad in Spring 2015, or those unsure of their academic plans or housing needs for spring 2015 and want the ability to cancel their spring housing without penalty.
