CUA Housing: Regan Hall, Millenium North, Centennial Village, Opus Hall


MyHousing, accessible through your Cardinal Station account, is a great resource to see your housing assignment, dining plan, roommates, mailbox, and current housing-related billing charges. You can access MyHousing by logging onto Cardinal Station using your username and password and navigating to Student Self-Service > MyHousing. If you have misplaced your username or password, call the Computer Help Desk for assistance at (202) 319-4357.

Opening and Closing of the Residence Halls

For 2014–15 occupancy dates are:

  • Fall Opening — August 21st for new students and August 23rd and 24th for continuing students
  • Fall Closing — December 14th
  • Spring Opening — January 10th
  • Spring Closing — May 10th for non-graduating residents and May 17th for remaining residents

Updates Regarding Timely Information

Grad/Law/Non-Traditional Student Housing

On-campus spaces are available for 2014-15 academic year grad, law, and non-traditional student housing. Interested students can submit an online Waitlist Application; spaces are offered on a rolling basis. More information is available here.


Off-Campus Housing Resources

The Off-Campus Housing Resources  webpage includes links to online property listings, roommate search, message boards, short term housing, and religiously affiliated housing resources. 

Consultations with the Off-Campus Housing Coordinator are also available; interested students can contact Housing Services to schedule.


Maintenance Requests

Requests related to the maintenance of your residence hall room are provided by a few offices on campus. Information on how to report an issue is here.



Academic Year Housing

On-campus spaces are still available for academic year housing. Continuing undergraduate students can submit their $500 housing deposit and an online Waitlist Application. More information is available here.



Curley Court Fall 2014 Only

During the 2014-15 academic year, Curley Court will be available for the Fall semester only. This is a great opportunity for students who may be graduating in December 2014, studying abroad in Spring 2015, or those unsure of their academic plans or housing needs for spring 2015 and want the ability to cancel their spring housing without penalty.
