Job Description: 

concerns regarding the residence halls; providing administrative support to the office; maintaining inventory control, replacing or repairing damaged furniture/appliances and escorting vendors through various halls, developing a working knowledge of university and community resources; assisting with annual activities including hall closing and opening; and other duties as assigned. The position involves heavy lifting on a daily basis.

Skills: 

Knowledge of the mission of the office, knowledge of CUA policies and procedures, ability to maintain confidentiality (essential to job), heavy lifting, eligible to complete the University van training program, good interpersonal skills, must be dependable, cheerful, and able to work with a diverse population (students, visitors and administrators).
