Traditional Style Halls

Our traditional style halls offer mostly single and double rooms with some triples.  These halls are all air conditioned and have common bathrooms on each floor.  Other amenities include shared kitchens, lounges, and laundry rooms in each building.

Central Campus

Central Campus is comprised of three buildings: Caldwell Hall, Gibbons Hall and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Hall.  These stately, castle-like buildings are among the most historic at Catholic University, creating the feeling of a traditional campus.  Caldwell and Seton Halls house graduate and upperclass students in singles and doubles while Gibbons Hall houses Sophomores and upperclass residents primarily in singles and triples.

North Neighborhood Two  (NN2)

Perhaps the most diverse area of campus in terms of class standing is North Neighborhood Two, comprised of Flather, Regan, and Ryan Halls.  These residence halls house freshman, sophomore and junior students, as well as a small number of seniors. In Flather Hall, most residents live in double rooms, while Regan and Ryan halls, renovated during the summer of 2003, offer triple, double, and single room options. Regan Hall is also home to the University Honors Program housing.

South Campus

We recognize that Freshmen benefit from living with their peers, surrounded by other students who are having the same experiences as they make the transition into the next phase of their lives. As such, this area of campus has been set aside specifically for freshmen residents.  South Campus is comprised of Conaty and Spellman Halls, each building is single gender by floor.
