Room rates are per semester and include charges for phone, cable, laundry, and internet service.

Not all room types are available in each hall. Please refer to the residence hall description or the building floor plans for availability of room types for specific halls.

Additional charges will be assessed to those graduate and law students who are approved to reside on campus during Christmas Break.

Prepayments for Continuing Students will be $500.
