Conaty Hall

 

Located just across Michigan Avenue and named for Bishop Thomas J. Conaty, second Rector of the University (1896-1903), Conaty Hall was built in 1958 and is a co-ed residence housing 194 first-year students in double rooms.  A  renovated courtyard and lawn have been created behind Conaty Hall to provide an attractive meeting space and grounds for recreational outdoor activities.
